Description of Project:
A complete renovation of the existing Anderson Hall on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College.
Major Challenge:
Working through existing conditions while achieving a high level of finish and maintaining the schedule while portions of the roof were being replaced.

Ryan Grauf will be graduating from Dunwoody in December with his Construction Management Degree. He started with Olympic as a drywall finisher, and since has started working in the office as a Project Manager/Estimator. Ryan will be moving to North Dakota in January, and will be working out of our Fargo office. Outside of work, he can be found training dogs and hunting pheasants. |
