Description of Project:

New construction that will contain two connected buildings; one six story and one seven story, anchored by Whole Foods. The existing parking ramp is being salvaged and the new building is going up around it.

Major Challenge:

Two unique towers on the corners of Hennepin and 1st Ave. North. The towers are being constructed out of light gauge load-bearing metal framing, along with prefabricated metal roof trusses. The fast track schedule of the building has an opening slated for summer 2013.
