Description of Project:
Build-out four levels of retail space and offices. Upgrade entire exterior of building.
Major Challenge:
Large crew due to short schedule. Large high-end ceiling design. Taped in wall standards. Scaffold & re-dash exterior during normal mall hours requiring Olympic Companies, Inc. to protect the shoppers.
